MSPM0G3507: Power supply of analog peripherals such as internal ADC and internal OPA

Thank you for the reply. I understood that VBOOST circuit supports the power supply for OPA, COMp and GPAMP. But I was not able to find out the exact VBOOST voltage. The maximum VBOOST voltage can be VDD, Is this understanding correct?

Anyway, it will not avoid you to use the analog peripherals.

Vboost is a constant voltage when set in always-on mode (3.6V) or follows VDD when set in on-demand mode. However OPA voltage supply is VDD, but supported by Vboost charge-pump in RRI=1 mode to support rail operation.

Thank you for the reply. I understood that Vboost voltage will be different in 2 modes. Vboost voltage is 3.6V(always-on mode) and VDD(on-demand mode). 

How about the Vboost voltage when BUFCONFIG is set to 1? When BUFCONFIG is 1, The minimum supply voltage becomes 1.62V, so I suspect the minimum supply voltage of analog peripherals also becomes lower than VDD voltage.
