TMS570LS0432: FEE write cycle detemination

So, according to the datasheet, write/erase cycles with 15-year Data Retention requirement is 100K for Bank 7(Data Flash), and 1K for Bank0/1(Program flash). Yes, you can do that. If you do the sector wise erase and write for the sector0 then it won't affect the sector1.

No, both are different cycles.

That means we can do 1000 erase cycles and 1000 write cycles for Bank0/1(Program flash) and 100K erase cycles and 100K write cycles for Bank 7(Data Flash).

No, it would be applicable for individual memory cells. 

For example, 1000 write cycles means, I can make each cell of the memory from 1 to 0 for the 1000 times without any issue.

Note: As the device is uses NOR flash the default data after erase is all 1's and so it is not possible to make cell value from 0 to 1 and it is always from 1 to 0.
