HI,

I am using the AM243x MCU+ SDK (08.03.00).

Let me ask a question about the ECC setup.

Q1: Am I correct in understanding that ECC endpoint ID N corresponds to ECC RAM N?

What is the correspondence between the modules in Table 12-5035 and ECC RAM N? Please let me know if you have a list.

Q2:Regarding the following statement in TRM. Does the ECC_VECTOR register refer to the ECC_VECTOR register in Figure 12-2639?Other modules also have an ECC_VECTOR register, as shown in Figure 6-57.How should it be used?

"When this ID is written to the ECC_VECTOR[10-0] ECC_VECTOR field the corresponding endpoint is selected either for control or for status reading." (TRM 12.6.4.3.2 ECC Aggregator Register Groups)

Q3:Do you have a sample using ECC?Please give me a sample if you have one.

The Table 12-5035 lists the modules or subsystems whose RAM is ECC protected. Those RAMs are partitioned into multiple banks or groups. The ECC RAM ID corresponds to the RAM bank or RAM group of the module or sub-system's RAM.

Where are the ECC RAM ID and ECC endpoint ID defined in the TRM? I would like to know the definition of ECC endpoint ID in order to finally use the ECC.
