MSPM0G1507: How can I make new .syscfg file? I cannot save it.

Hi, All

I tried to make new project from new project,  select MSPM0G1507/VQFN48, and make new .syscfg file. After saved .syscfg file, I found the error showed below. I cannot save .syscfg file, and sysconfg  let me set CPU configuration again from the first time.

I use CCS 12.4.0 , SysConfig 1.17.0, MSPM0 SDK 1.10.0.05. (In ppt It showd old SDK. when I removed it, but it still showed same error.) 

Is there needed any additionl setting to make new .syscfg file?. Or is there any known isse to use these combination?

Please advice me.
