TMS570LS1114: FMEDA and funcitonal safety package

Hi,

Is there a common way to access the functional safety documentation for safety-compliant components, e.g. the TMS570LS1114?

I can find the safety manual for the component directly at the component webpage, e.g.

However, I cannot find the FMEDA anywhere.

I other posts, e.g.

there is a reference to e2eprivate.ti.com: SPNU531B but I cannot access that - Is that somehting that requires special permission?

Hi Morten,

A valid NDA with TI is required for FMEDA.
