LAUNCHXL2-RM46: LaunchXL2-RM46 module just won't be detected

Hello

I  purchased 3 x LaunchXL2-RM46 evaluation modules. I have tried just about all the different versions of Code Composer installations from version 7 to the latest.

I'm running a Widows 10 PC, and I know the USB port and cables I'm using are working. I am able to develop other software using the same USB port and cables etc in other IDEs.

I've tried to get Code Composer to detect at least one of the RM46's but not one is detected. Windows 10 detects the modules as "XDS110 Class Data Port" and "XDS110 Class Debug Probe" in Device Manager

I've tried to change the COM & LPT communication protocols too - but that did not help either.

Why won't Code Composer version 9 detect these modules?

I've even tried on a virtual machine but I get the same result - no Devices on the "Resource Explorer" tab etc.

Can you please help?
