Yes, I am trying to run PBIST before sleep, so basically after images are loaded

Additional questions: 
-Are you running the PBIST test from R5FSS0 or R5FSS1?
-You mentioned you are doing the test before going to sleep. Does this mean once the test is complete, you shutdown the mcu?
-From map file, can you check if the code is using MSS_L2_1 and  MSS_L2_2 banks?

Hello, was done few steps with the following results:

address for the OCRAM was changed from OCRAM : ORIGIN = 0x70084000 to : OCRAM : ORIGIN = 0x70004000. Failed tests were uncommented.

After mentioned above, BIST works fine,  but  as a result the following error can be met:
