    Hi Aravind,

    To understand about RTI please refer RTI chapter(chapter-17) in TRM.

    To get RTI blinky example:

    1. Open Help Topics section in HALCoGen

    2. Now expand "Examples" and there you can see the "example_rtiBlinky" example

    Here you can find step by step procedure to enable and use this example. This example is designed to blink one LED using GIO for every 1second timeout using RTI timer.
