Hi Experts,

I am asking for my customer here.

When we use Easy521 EIP scanner to scan and communication with LP-AM243, and we use the ethernetip_adapter_demo here.

C:\ti\mcu_plus_sdk_am243x_08_06_00_43\examples\industrial_comms\ethernetip_adapter_demo

Customer want to know how to achieve the following requirement.

#1.When EIP Adapter occurs an Error/Frame, how to notify the EIP scanner? Do we have this API? Thanks.

Maybe I didn't describe it clearly enough. let me reiterate here.

This thread is tell that when the EIP Adapter occurs an Error such as control command error, RAM ECC error and so on. How the LP-AM243 to notify the EIP scanner? Which function is used to upload errors? Thank.

Hi Shaoxing,

Its not very clear what do you mean by "EIPadapter occurs an Error/Frame", what info do you exactly want to convey? Do you intend to say that you want to notify scanner about illegal frames, or please specify in detail what error is it?
