hi Team,

Is the TMDSEMU110-U (XDS110 JTAG Debug Probe) suitable for in circuit debugging of AM2434? On the EVM there are special debug IC`s  and signal names are like “XDS110_TCK”. Customer would like to design in the needed test points for debugging. Therefore they need the definition of the required signals for the debugging.

    Yes, the XDS110 debugger supports all the TI platforms: Sitara MCUs (AM2x), Hercules MCUs, C2000 MCUs, etc.

    The AM243x EVM and AM243x Launchpad have a built-in XDS110 debugger.

    The following AM243x JTAG signals are required:

    • TCK: JTAG Test Clock Input
    • TDI: JTAG Test Data Input
    • TDO: JTAG Test Data Output
    • TMS: JTAG Test Mode Select Input
    • TRSTn: JTAG Test Reset
    • EMU0: Emulation Control
    • EMU1: Emulation Control
