Hi TI Expert,

Does AM2634 have on-chip flash memory or just the external flash memory?

How to save the entire application code to flash memory?

Hi Sue,

AM2634 doesn't have on-chip flash. An external flash is used on AM2634 launchpad and control card.

You can flash the application image to flash using the flashing tools in our SDK:
