i have develop a tn4c1294ncpdt board
1. tm4c1294ncpdt board USB is connected to a windows computer. In Device Manager under Ports (COM & LPT) we see TivaWare USB serial port (COM5)
2. Ubuntu (VM) turning on and takes over the tm4c1294ncpdt board USB USB. TivaWare USB serial port (COM5) disappeared from the windows Device Manager.
3. Ubuntu identify USB PABtm4c1294ncpdt board USB as ID 1cbe:0002 Luminary Micro Inc. Virtual COM Port, same as a regular tm4c1294ncpdt board USB KIT on a NUC
4. Runing a python script on Ubuntu to get version number failed.
with Nuc the usb communication work ok.
dont understand why with ubuntu vm it is failed.
