TM4C1294NCPDT: How to set UART's MSB in TM4C1294

      My baud rate is set to 115200, one bit should be 8.6us, but I get 13.3us with my oscilloscope. what could be the problem?

      I found CPU is 120M, What should be the UART clock?

     I use the following configurations:

I'm also attaching the the entire project here. When I run the project, I can see characters sent to the COM port. In this example, the baud rate is 115200,
