Hi,teams

May I ask what is the recommended thickness of AM2634COKFHMZCZRQ1 welding solder paste? At present, we use parallel steel mesh of 0.12mm according to the production line. Is it suitable?

    Hi Zhixia,

    As the AM263x devices are 0.8mm pitch nFBGA devices, I recommend taking a look at the nFBGA Packaging document.  Section 4.2 of this document discusses solder paste, and mentions that 100um to 120um thick stencils provide the best results, which align with the 0.12mm you mention above.  However, please take a look at the entire document to ensure you are considering all factors.
