Hi Team,

I am looking for the Microcontroller for the DC-DC converter for an Automotive Application.

Specification:

Core: Dual or Tricore

Qualification: Automotive SIL 3 and ASILD

PWM: HRPWM for 6-phase Interleaved boost topology

With CAN, LIN, and I2C, ADC features should be present.

Hi Suma,

We do not have a device within our portfolio at the moment that is ASIL-D qualified. Can you please explain why you need ASIL-D for a DC-DC converter? Is it a prefered item or a hard requirement for you?

What timeframe do you have for your application?

Hi Marlyn,

Thank you for your reply. It is a hardware requirement. If any part with SIL-3 qualified is present that will be fine.

Hi Suma,

Thanks for the response. We do not have a C2000 device in our portfolio at the moment that is SIL-3/ASIL-D qualified.

These devices are ASIL-D: https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/sffs672

Additionally, they are ARM based with high performance real-time control peripherals like HRPWM, CMPSS, etc.

CAN, LIN, I2C, and ADC are also supported.
