AM2632: TI ARM CLANG compiler - Safety qualification/certification for c17

Hi Patrick,

The tiarmclang 2.1.3.LTS compiler tools do support the -std=c17 option.

The default for C support is -std=gnu17 and the default for C++ support is -std=c++14.

There are a couple of corrections that need to be made to Table 6.2 in the ToolDefinition.pdf document in the qualification kit, specifically:

• -std=c++17 option should not be listed: "-std=c++98,c++11,c++14,c++17" -> "-std=c++98,c++11,c++14"
• -std=c17 should be listed: "-std=c89,c99,c11" -> "-std=c89,c99,c11,c17"
• -std=gnu17 should be listed: "-std=gnu90,gnu99,gnu11" -> "-std=gnu90,gnu99,gnu11,gnu17"
