Overcurrent flows through the XDS200 when power is connected. so the PC and MCU are not connected.

I would like to ask if it is possible to inspect and repair it. Does it support A/S?

I am not sure what you mean by A/S. I do not think that we provide any resources for repairing XDS200, but you could try to replace any parts that look obviously burned, but I would recommend buying a new JTAG Debug Probe.

Many of the launchpads such as LAUNCHXL-F280039C have isolated JTAG debug probes so that you could avoid this issue in the future.
