AM2432: What's the frequency of 2MB on-chip SRAM ?

My customer is concerned about the capacity of TCM.

Could you tell us what the frequency of 2MB on-chip SRAM is ?  How many cycles does it take to access SRAM from R5F ? What's the wait cycle of SRAM ?
