Overcurrent flows through the XDS200 when power is connected. so the PC and MCU are not connected.
I think you need to check it. I would like to ask if it is possible to inspect and repair it. Does it support A/S?

Can you describe this in more detail? Are you connecting the debug probe to the PC only or is it connected to the target board as well?

What do we need to check?

I am not sure what this means.
There is no problem on the board side, and when you open the debugger board, there is a PCB, but currently, the connection to the PCB is not possible due to a communication error due to damage to components on the PCB circuit board.
Does it support A/S?(after service)
Ah OK, so the debug probe itself is damaged. Did you recently purchase this debug probe? Did it come damaged or was it damaged during use? We do not offer a repair service for these probes.
