    Hi Shimizu-san,

    I am not sure I fully understand your question or your intention. Let me try to respond.

    The device synchronize the IEP timer in the ICSS with the time of the controller (this is also the IEP timer in the controller). So in IO exchange state, the IEP timer in all devices are synchronized to the IEP timer of the controller.

    The transmission of the IN packet at the device towards the controller is also synchronized, so that each device transmits at a pre-defined time and non of the devices IN packet collides during the transmission towards the controller.
