Hi Keith, I configured the jumper as well, but OPA mode does not work. 

When J27 is at default position, then it connects to PB24 and thermistor work.

  But after changing jumper OPA mode ADC does not read any voltage,

    Here is the key point you need to notice while using G3507 Example [gpamp_buffer_to_adc]

1. According to Keith's answer, you need to connect ADC_in with GPAMP_Out.

1.1 Refer to G3507 Datasheet, ADC channel 14 connect to GPAMP_Out.

2. Refer to G3507 TRM 13.2.5.2, GPAMP used as ADC Buffer Mode

2.1 You need reconfigure  GPAMP input in sysconfig.

3. Here is the ADC answer:

It looks like our room temperatures are not much different.

4. You can also refer to G3507 TRM 12.2.7.2 OPA Buffer Mode to use OPA as ADC input buffer.

I imported  gpamp_buffer_to_adc example but sysconfig does not open.

It seems a software issues.

Try a newest version of CCS and SDK, or on another computer.

Or try three steps for software issues, Reboot computer, Reinstall software or system, (Rebuy computer).
