Note that TI 20-Pin pinout has been made obsolete and that Compact TI 20-Pin is the preferred "TI" Pinout. This pinout is different from the ARM 20-Pin pinout, both by the signal routing and by the physical connector. 

Compact TI 20-Pin header: Features 2 rows of 10 pins each, 0.05" (1.27mm) pin pitch, 0.10" (2.54mm) row pitch. Pin 6 is keyed.

ARM 20-pin header: Features 2 rows of 10 pins each, 0.05" (1.27mm) pin and row pitch.

The XDS560v2 System Trace debug probe comes with a 60-pin MIPI header and would require an adapter for either of the 20 pin formats. 

Do you need to support Trace? What requirements are you trying to meet with the debugger? Do you need to use the 60-Pin MIPI header?
