AM2432: How can I control the UART0 of Main from M4F MCU domain?

Hi Sir

I want to control the UART0 of Main from M4F MCU domain.

The address of UART0 are traslated by RAT but the UART0 still can't be control.

How can I do it?

Hello,

The MCU domain is isolated from the rest of the SOC. According to the Table 12-440 and Figure 12-236 in the TRM, the main UART cannot be accessed from MCU domain. Section 1.4 shows the purpose of isolating the MCU domain from faults in the rest of the SOC.

if the MCAN can control by MCU domain,How can I do it?

Hello Sheng Yi,

The MCU domain cannot control MCAN from main domain also. This is not a feasible option.
