AM2634-Q1: Ramp Up Rate of VDDA, VDDS and VDD

Hi Champs,

Do we have any data about min&max value of ramp up rate of VDDA, VDDS and VDD? I check the datasheet and only find a minimum ramp time of VDDS/VDDA, do we have any other requirements on it? Thanks!

    Hello,

    For the supply voltages (VDDA, VDDS, and VDD), the only constraint is the minimum ramp time for the 3.3V rail. 

    However, please note that until those voltage signals are stable, PORz must be held LOW. You can look at the Reset Timing section of the datasheet for more information.
