LP-MSPM0L1306: Out of box and GUI Composer

I don't get how to install a GUI Composer locally to interact with local LP-MSPM0L1306 in imported out of box demo. COM ports are 2 XDS110 ports, Application/User and Data.

I could not find such but plenty of documentation. It seems to be used in the "out of box demo" but it is new to me and not found either. Gui Composer v1-v3?

Gui Composer is the tools or platform for customized GUI (user interfaces)

So, I need to know which GUI you answered.

Is Gui Composer aka GC a web based compiler and web app that would interact with a program one wrote to show a browser GUI for it in debug? Or something similar?
