MSPM0G1507: packaging information unavailable

Hi,

The datasheet of MSPM0G1507 has no mechanical packaging information available. Only the details regarding VQFN is mentioned in Ti website. Planning to design with MSPM0G1507SPTR (48 LQFP). Can you please provide information regarding 48 LQFP packaging info?

Hi Vishnu,

Not sure why this isn't getting pulled into that datasheet, I will let our systems team know.

In the meantime, the mechanical information for the 48-pin LQFP package (PT), is correctly in the back of the MSPM0G3507 datasheet, these two variants use the same package, so you can reference there.

Hi Vishnu,

The package information will be added automatically when the MSPM0G150x in LQFP-48 is released online. For that package we are currently just sampling the superset device (XMSM0G3507SPT). The current version of the datasheet is technically correct since the 48-pin in that device variant is not currently available.

Current timeline for that is mid-October.
