    Hi Dirk,

    According to one of our super smart SW engineers, yes, for IAR and Keil.  They are in the SDK.

    Hi Dennis!

    Customer didn't mean the CMSIS sources, but the registers
    description according to CMSIS-SVD standard. This is an XML file containing the special
    function register of the controller. This format is now used by many debuggers, e.g.
    Segger Ozone or IAR EWB.  

    FYI At ST or Renesas you can download the SVD file belonging to the controller directly from the respective website.

    I remember I got this for another debugger vendor in germany last year from BU.
