AM2632: test scope of PBist

Hello,

we want to use AM2632 in lockstep mode. Our application needs only one core (that means R5_0 and the corresponding lockstep controller).

To achieve our safety goals, we want to use PBist.

Is there some detailed information/user guide to PBist?

Is it possible to the the core registers of the R5F-cores? (register set like R0, R1,...PC,...)?
