AM2431: USB3 to 1G Ethernet bridge

Hi,

Looking for a simple and cost effective USB3 to 1G Ethernet bridge solution. Was thinking of the AM2431 which has both interfaces. The question is, what kind of software stack would be required and does that exist for FreeRTOS on the R5F?

    Hi Brad,

    Current USB stack used by AM243x (FreeRTOS and R5F) is the TinyUSB. It only supports the USB 2.0 (up to 480Mps).

    However, the AM64x (Linux) supports USB3 and Gbit Ethernet. It can certainly meet your needs.
