I am looking for a MCU preferably with an Evaluation Board that has a 12-bit non-buffered DAC on board. The family of the microcontroller does not matter as long as there is minimal abstraction between the DAC and the physical output of the device.

Hello Dawson,
As far as I am aware the TI MCU devices with onboard DACs (AM263x, MSPM0G15x, MSPM0G35x) have output buffers on them. You would need to use an external DAC instead.
