TMDSEMU200-U: MASS PRODUCTION auto programming purpose

Would the TMDSEMU200-U and Uniflash be able to use in mass production programming purpose? We plan to quote ATE(auto test equipment) for our customer. Would the Uniflash support CLI （command line interface）control or other similar functions for us to take the auto programming integration in our test system such as Teststand from NI. would there be extra license fee for uniflash to be used in this kind of ATE purpose?

Target IC would be PGA900 serials

    Hi Xiao.

    UniFlash can be used with no license fees.  There is a command line interface for UniFlash.

    I would recommend you test the use case you are quoting for your customer to make sure it can be satisfied, but we do not know of any limitations that would impact this application.

    Thanks for your reply. Is TMDSEMU200-U support the mass production purpose? The customer is using TMDSEMU200-U for debugging and development. So that if it could be used for mass production, we would like to keep the same device which they are using now. If it is not, then could you help to provide us a suitable programmer kit for mass production? EAU(estimated annual unit) would be : 6000 PCS/Year.

    Your customer would be free to use TMDSEMU200-U for mass production. Support would be the same as when they are using it for development. They might find XDS110 is less expensive.
