LP-MSPM0L1306: Stand alone microcontroller programming failing using XDS110 Debugger.

Stand alone microcontroller is tried to program using LaunchPad XDS110 Debugger by unplugging J101 jumpers and connecting J101 Connection to external Chip of MSPM0L1306.

Below application diagram is referred.

Using CCS Version: 12.3.0.00005 , This give me a following error.

Have you erase the Nonmain flash before?

Do a factory reset first that I send to you in other thread.

Factory reset tried as per the document.

Its unsuccessful

It keeps on running GEL Expressions.
