Whether a protection ring is required for the crystal of TMS570 crystal? Can the protection ring be connected to the KELVIN ground? Which ground is the ground of the four-pin crystal? Is there any PCB layout guidance for crystal?

I don't have knowledge on the protection ring, but i will suggest you refer below links.

These two boards are designed by TI using TMS570LC4357 controller.
Here you can find PCB layout design files, so please follow the same guidelines for your custom board as well.
