Hello,
I have a question to calculate the junction-to-board/top temperature. In the datasheet, there are only values of junction-to-board/top temperature. According to the equation Tj=TB+Rjb*PD.(Tj=junction temperature. TB-board temperature. Rjb junction-to-board thermal resistance. PD power conducted from junction to board).
It is hard to directly measure the junction temperature. We limit the operating temperature of the MCU by measuring the board temperature to for ex. X.
We would need to know the calculation method of PD or the value of the PD (thermal power conducted from the junction to board/top), so we could calculate the junction temperature by using the equation.
Thanks in advance!
