MSP432E401Y: HOW TO CONVERT DECIMAL POINT NUMBER TO FIXED POINT HEXA DECIMAL

Hello TI members,

In my application, i am using the MSP432e401y micro controllers internal ADC and i have to convert the  "ADC_convertRawToMicroVolts" function output (Both positive & negative values) to (32,12) bit fixed point for transmission over the UART as a four bytes.

Is there any libraries available for such conversion?.

Please suggest.
