TMDSCNCD263: Code halts with unable to access DAP core error

Hi Shamik Basak,

Usually such an Error is temporarily observed with the AM263x - Control Card (Rev. E2) board due to causes like power fluctuations or erroneous CS_DAP_0 core disconnection. Warm Resetting using reset button or power-cycling the board gets it back up and running.

Have you tried reloading your application and running? Also, is the same issue noted across release and debug build profiles?

In case it repeatedly crashes right around this line, chances are that the program source may be going bad by dealing with some incorrect data. You may want to double check the value passed to this argument, or step in further to see if execution here on is going wrong with some breaking change such as memory corruption or mismatching instruction set width.

Note the observations to add up to your question so that it can be further clarified.

If I provide 5V supply separately through the J12 USB-C connector along with power supply through J2 connector, can it cause any damage to the Control Card? 

Now, I giving 5V,3A supply to the Control Card using proper adaptor but this time while executing the code, I am getting following error:-

What could be reason for this?

Can you confirm the boot mode of the device ? Is this TI-EVM (AM263x-CC or AM263x-LP) ?

Hi,

I am using CCS 12.3.0. I guess this is not a CCS issue. Because the control card is working fine when I am running while connected to the docking station. It's showing this connection issue when it is connected to the hardware of the TIDM design.
