Hi Ryota,

The cycles means the MCLK clock cycle for the operations, which should be the 32MHz (enable fast wake).

However,I am not sure whether there is any other delay for the clock request.

I recommend you do a simple test and check it out.

Also, I will update it if I get more details instructions about this.
