We have encountered an issue with EtherCAT communication and would like to consult with you. As shown in the figure, there are four EtherCAT Slaves, Box1, Box2, Box5, and Box6 on the network. The current issue is that Box1 and Box2 have normal communication status and can enter PREOP and OP, but Box5 and Box6 are always in INIT.
If EtherCAT only connects to Box5 and Box6 without Box1 and Box2, communication is normal and OP can also be entered. Because Box5 and Box6 belong to TI's AM243-LP, while Box1 and Box2 are Infineon's MCU, I have already placed the ESI files of both manufacturers in the IO/EtherCAT folder of TwinCAT.
From the warning prompted by TwinCAT, it can be seen that communication between Box5 and Box6 has been interrupted. Can you analyze the reason for this from the EtherCAT network perspective? Thank you.
