TMDS243EVM: Concerned on a bad TDMS243EVM - LD22 red led lit on trying "SOC Initialization Using CCS Scripting" from AM243x MCU+ SDK

Part Number: TMDS243EVM
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AM2434

I am wondering if the TDMS243EVM has failed; I have tried a few times to SOC flash the board, and I have seen the red LD22 appear as per this photo

I was running the  SOC Initialization Using CCS Scripting as per   AM243x MCU+ SDK: EVM Setup (ti.com)

(ie https://software-dl.ti.com/mcu-plus-sdk/esd/AM243X/latest/exports/docs/api_guide_am243x/EVM_SETUP_PAGE.html#EVM_FLASH_SOC_INIT )

This red light appeared on the EVM when these CCS windows results appeared:

Note that

1) the Lower left hand "Kool Koala" console did NOT complete resetting self cluster

2)  that middle error window on DebugP_nirtos.c:57 0x0 has a questionable source file error with someone's workarea path still shown ! (how did this get thru QC!!)'

I followed the dip switch setups, etc.

Want to know if I have a faulty EVM? This is a critical path issue towards a new design.

thanks
