1. I am working on using the LP-MSPM0L1306 EVM board. The board comes with blink led example which uses the 4MHz MFCLK. I am trying to use the sample example code but need to change the clock frequency to 32MHz clock instead of the 4MHz MFCLK, how can i accommodate this change?
2. I also need to know if the board can be flashed using the USB cable provided or does it need a standalone debugger for flashing?
3. what are the steps for using the usb cable for flashing?
4. what are the connections required for using a standalone debugger?

You can easily flash the board by downloading CCS or Theia and the MSPM0 SDK.

https://www.ti.com/tool/MSPM0-SDK

No other hardware is required, the debugger is built into the launchpad.

Once you have that going, fire up sysconfig and look at Sysctrl, that lets you change the clock settings.

I can't install device support at the moment, but you should be able to just doubleclick on the .cfg file.

I suggest you switch to Theia at this point, since it is the future of TI compiler IDE's:

Hi,

After installing MSPM0 SDK and CCS (Whether CCS or Theia is fine),

click CCS Project - import project - Project path (XXXXX\ti\mspm0_sdk_1_20_00_05\examples\nortos\LP_MSPM0L1306\driverlib)

As Keith Barkley said, doubleclick on the .cfg file and open sys config file and make your change.

Save the syscfg file and build, download is OK.
