AM2434: How to deal with ”connection failure“ when customer modify the eds files?

Hi Experts,

When customer use the modified eds files, and run EIP demo again, they use wireShark to say "connection failure" below:

Customer also use the same modified eds files to compared competitors MD500P_EIP and LP-AM243.

the modified eds files as below:

You can fine the below picture, when the PLC scanner sent the step4 data- forward open request, the MD500P_EIP can response the ”success:connection manager“, but our LP-AM243 response the ”connection failure“. So it stuck at Step 5 forward open response. We want to know how to modify the EIP demo code? Or Any suggestion here? Thanks.
