SYSCONFIG: Loading existing config files that are created with the Cloud version of SysConfig tool

Hello,

I have a problem to load a existing config file from my colleague using the SysConfig tool.

Here the failure message that I get:

I do not understand this message. The mentioned Version is already installed on my PC.

Why this is not recognized by the program?

What I shall do to reuse the config file?

    -Which SysConfig environment are you using - Cloud? Stand Alone? Inside CCS?

    -What exact version of SysConfig are you using?
