Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMS570LC4357-SEP
I am looking for a microcontroller with some level of rad tolerance and came across TMS570LC4357-SEP when going through the space portfolio, but when I searched it on the website the EP and Q1 versions where the only ones that came up. Does the space part exist? Also would using the Q1 version have enough similarities to the SEP version to develop test boards with? Plus it seems all of them are out of stock, any idea when they will be restocked seems like a popular microcontroller.
I am also not committed to this microcontroller and would love some guidance to the other rad tolerant microcontrollers or some advice on whether a HiRel microcontroller would suffice given the nature of our satellite's mission is a LEO orbit. This specific microcontroller looked intriguing since it did have a rad tolerant version, but am curious if it would even be necessary.
