Hello,

for a new project on a civil application in the aerospace field i am looking for a new MCU, i have selected TMS5703137DPGEQQ1 (TMS570LS3137 familly).

Reading some forum and the Safety Document SPNU511D i have seen that are available this other two TI's safety documents after the NDA signature.

In details i am looking for SPNU521 and SPNU523.

Is it possible to received it after NDA signature?

Do you have also some detail on RAD hardness of this MCU family?

Thanks you, but i have no idea of which template of NDA need to be compiled.

Hello Marco,

I don't have NDA template. Please contact TI local sales to sign the NDA. The TI local sales should have the forms and know the process of signing the NDA.
