    Hello Rick,

    We've received a similar but not identical concerning EB license activation. I am inquiring about what troubleshooting we can provide for this, but we may not be able to help with this issue through the E2E forums as the issue is not with TI distributed software.

    Hello Rick,

    I've been corrected in that these licenses are provided by TI and we are responsible for allowing their correct usage.

    Updated licensing information should be available on mySecureSoftware now. The team has updated the available EB Tresco Studio Licenses on the site.

    The update includes information about how/when to update keys.
