MSPM0L1306: PRSC module failed to write to router register (Error-6305) with security level 1

Hello,

i programmed my MSPM0 chip with securtiy level 1 in nonmain. I set Enable Application Debug Access to Enabled with password.

now i am trying unlock the chip and revert the security policy to level 0.

When i start the target Configuration and try to connect to the Debug Probe i get the following error
