AM2634: EB license

Hi all.

When I want to deactivate EB with the license (removed),I found that the EB activation software shows that the number is full. What is displayed is "ERROR: flx Act App Activation Send (50040,41147,10248)
The quantity specified exceeds maximum quantity allowed (0). Connection to FlexNet Operations Server failed."

So could you please provide a new license for AM2634 or tell me how to solve this problem.

For your protection I've removed the image you provided with this case.

I am not certain if we are able to help with this issue through the E2E forums as the issue is not with TI distributed software, but I will inquire about any troubleshooting advise we can offer here. You may need to reach out to EB about this however.

This license is about the MCAL of AM2634, which should be provided by TI.

Hello Xinlei,

You are fully correct. This was just the first time I've seen a question regarding this arise. But this was clarified to me after I inquired to other team members.

Updated licensing information should be available on mySecureSoftware now. The team has updated the available EB Tresco Studio Licenses on the site.

The update includes information about how/when to update keys.
