MSPM0L1306: Wrong UserID

Could you please help to capture the memory value at adress of 0x41C40000 (TRACEID); 0x41C40004 (DEVICEID) and 0x41C40008 (USERID)?

0x00000000, 0x1BB8202F and 0x80C2DDD3.

This IC was obtained from the customer. I obtained a total of 5 ICs from the customer, and the UserID was all read as 0xDDD3.

Is it possible for customers to modify the contents of UserID?

The words printed on the front of the IC are MSPM0L1306QTIX348CAKT0 G4.

I received another IC today. The words printed on the front are:

MSPM0L1305QTIX348CAKT2 G4 

When reading the part in UserID, it should read 0x4D03, but I read 0x4845.

Please help me confirm this issue, thank you!

So, it seems that they are indeed Automotive grade devices.

It is no problem to compare the ID with the datasheet you provided.

you can seperate them from P/N. there is Q mark on auto device P/N.
