Hi,
I want to know, whether AM2732 is used for edge AI related works or it is used for Radar signal processing based works?
Please consider this doubt at the earliest and provide information related to this.
Thanks and regards

Hi Anu,
I have a query out regarding this and will try and update you tomorrow.

Hi Anu,
I'm still waiting feedback on this. What I can say before I get confirmation is that I have not heard of AM273 being used for edge AI yet and I don't know of other MCU class products that would have that application covered.
However there are MPU class products that are delving into this space: https://www.ti.com/lit/an/sprade0/sprade0.pdf

Hi Ralph,
Thanks a lot for your reply. After getting confirmation on AM2732, please inform me, it will be helpful.
I got confusion on this because of the image I got from "Our Portfolio" section in Texas Instruments which is attached below:

The AM2732 is a digital signal processor (DSP) designed for high-performance signal processing applications. The product page does not specifically mention edge AI or radar signal processing. But DSPs like the AM2732 can be used in these mentioned applications. If you have more questions regarding Radar signal processing, you can also ask your question to PCBway forum.

Hi Zain,
Thanks for the reply.
But as per my understanding, AM2732 is MCU with DSP for radar signal processing. I just want to know whether AM2732 is having any Edge AI applications as given in the above image(screenshot) of the Portfolio of TI. If AM2732 has edge AI applications, please provide any link or reference (if any).
Thanks and regards

Hello Anu,
AM273 does not support Edge AI, there's no hardware in the device geared towards that.
It's in that particular location because of the Signal Processing piece. I can give feedback that maybe we should say 'and/or' instead of just 'and' in that column for a little more clarity.
