MSPM0L1305: About the pull-down capacitor constant for the RST pin

Part Number: MSPM0L1305

In the M0 hardware development guide, it is recommended that the pull-down capacitor be 10nF, but what is the reason?
For example, if the capacitance of the capacitor is 100nF instead of 10nF, it is possible that the rise of RST will be blunted, but what other negative effects can be expected?
Is there a possibility that connecting a debugger (XDS110, etc.) will have a negative effect?
Furthermore, an external reset IC is connected to the RST pin.

Best Regard.
